CardSeal

A high-speed wrapping machine with a state of the art ultra-sonic sealing system

Our CardSeal series machines allow our customers to wrap ISO cards and ISO card sized booklets at high speeds. Examples of products in CR80 format are telephone cards, smart cards, internet cards, SIM cards for mobiles. Products can be wrapped as single packs or linked packs, at production speeds of up to 700 packs per minute. Our four-sided ultra-sonic sealing systems creates intricate patterns on the seals. These patterns provide maximum protection against counterfeiting; they can be generic or customer specific. Our CardSeal machines can be linked to different types of overwrapping machines, camera systems and labelling units.

FlexiSeal

The wrapping equipment line named FlexiSeal can handle almost all types of products that are sold in display packs or hanger packs e.g. DIY and gardening-supplies, toys, drugstore goods, household articles, electronic accessories, and office supplies.

The machine can handle flat and 3-dimensional products with a thickness of up to 30 mm. Both clear and printed film can be used. Different pack styles are possible, e.g. packs with easy open perforation, with re-sealable flap, with different headers, or multi packs.

VM60/90

This machine is specifically designed for wrapping flat products in the size range A6 to B4, such as
paper sheets, index cards, labels, inserts for ring binders, greeting cards, envelopes, brochures.
The machine is suitable for individual products or a mix of products.

VFM 102

This VFM 102 produces a wallet wrap at a high speed - of up to 110 cycles/minute- without film trim; thereby keeping wrapping costs low.

The VFM 102 is specifically designed for wrapping of greeting cards; the machine can be integrated into a packaging line to provide feeding, collating, scoring, folding, labelling and banding.

If security is of major importance then our VMC 100 can be upgraded to a VMC 100S (S for security); a special embossed blade creates a security seal with a pattern that is difficult to counterfeit. The design of the pattern can be generic or customer specific.
