B.Matic are suppliers of sheet counting systems equipped with the new mechanical sheet counting machines head using DUAL SYSTEM Technology and tabbing equipment. Sheet counting is achieved by means of two vacuum plates that count the sheets one by one. Thanks to this patented sheet counting technology it is possible to count exactly, paper, cardboard and plastic sheets from 40 GSM up to 800GSM with imperceptible corner deformation.

Sheet counting is carried out from the top of the pile downwards unlike other sheet counting machines. This fact has allowed the development of the “Pack Mover”, a system for splitting the required number of sheets from the top of the pack.
