Advanced Dynamics Limited is proud to announce the UK launch of the brand new Eurokett MATRIX range of label dispensers.

Utilising the very best and latest stepper motor drive technology the MATRIX offers a truly unrivalled level of accuracy, reliability, flexibility and ease of control in a label dispenser. The dispensers will come in two ranges, the MATRIX 30 and MATRIX 50.

After a lot of hard work and considerable thought we have developed a dispenser that will offer a greater degree of flexibility of operations through a comprehensive array of modular components. Through selective assembly the Matrix can offer simple standard speed flash labelling through to high speed placement with a maintained accuracy of +/- 0.5mm. 5. Fixed label/sprung loaded dispense-arm dependent on application.
6. Twin-nip drive with powered unwind/rewind for increased label control.
7. Lateral web guides throughout label path.
8. 300mm or 400mm diameter label roll holders.
9. Single or twin-spool label pull-off arm dependent on speed of operation.
10. Precision bearings in all label tracking rollers.
11. Label stopping accuracy to + or – 0.5mm.
12. Optical or capacitive label tracing to accommodate standard paper, clear and foil labels.
13. Optional hot foil/thermal transfer coder integration
14. Low-reel/label-out alarms with audible and visual warnings
15. Hand-held remote LCD touch-screen controls including the following:
       i) Easy adjustment of label-stop position.
       ii) Easy adjustment of label position on product.

The new Matrix will be incorporated into the whole range of labelling systems from Advanced Dynamics including top, base, side, and wrap-around as well as being able to be integrated into a wide range of primary wrapping systems. It will also come with a 2 year warranty as standard, reflecting the reliability that is synonymous with the Eurokett brand.
